Deborah's Story
Life
I have had 3 wonderful daughters & a grandson... 1 deceased ex-husband and 2 ex-husbands & I ex-Bigomist husband...Short-terms with L-O-N-G stories... AND NOW, I'm finally back in Vicksburg, (did ANYONE miss me while I was gone???).
I'm buying a quaint little house in the Village.
I'm a struggling/growing Christian & a member of a small Baptist Church.
I am employed full-time as a Janitor for area Medical Facilities, 2nd shift, & actually have week-ends OFF!!! I enjoy doing what I want to do, when I want to do it and of course, still just the way that I want to do it... (Hmmm, maybe I haven't changed as much as I had thought... lol...).
My first job was at The White Front restaraunt, where I was paid $2.35 an hour to Waitress. What I remember liking most about it is the TIPS!.
In 10 years, I hope to still be growing in Christ. I'm going to get there by serving God faithfully.
I'm not sure I'd want to do anything differently, it would probably change who I am today.
I share my home with my youngest daughter, which I find challenging at times but for the most-part, I find it to be a blessing.

nd would tell you I'm uniquely a-typical in a positive way, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as: "hmmm...".
My current age is 45. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now were old & bitter. I was so completely WRONG!.
To be truly happy I would be exactly where I am right now, doing exactly what I'm doing right now with whom I'm doing it with.
If I won $100 million, I'd give $100,000.00 of it to Tithe, then spend the rest on life, love and laughter.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my backyard with a LARGE Waterfall and add on a Perennial Garden.
My dream home would be as it is... Heaven.
My biggest "surprise" in life is LIFE period!
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is John Heath Jr., because what I had to tell him may have made a life-saving difference.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have respect, appreciation, and an attitude of gratitude to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
I think that most who knew me in school are in a state of "blown-mind" because THIS story doesn't seem to be who I was. AND thankfully, I'm not who I was.
