So, here I am back in California 20 some years later. After my first marriage ended I married the most wonderful man who whisked me off my feet and moved me away from here. Ron's in the Coast Guard and we move about every 3-4 years. So I've had a chance to live in some awesome places. We spent the fist two years in Nassau, Bahamas what a honeymoon. I had my son, Christopher, the first of 2 kids while we where there. My daughter, Marisa, arrived almost 2 years later. Every place we lived has brought us new opportunities, friends, and great memories. New Orleans had the greatest impact on our lives. The culture, food, and the people still influence our lives today. We had so much fun in the French quarter especially during Mardi Gras. I really miss that place (and time). We have moved several times since then, our kids have grown into beautiful young adults. My son graduated from Kodiak, Alaska last year and is a freshman at Cal-Poly. My daughter graduates this year here in Dublin, CA. I wonder...Expand for more
