Deborah's Story

Life I was born in a small town Texas, my family moved to Dallas when I was 10. I graduated from Sunset High School in 1974. I married in 1977, had a child 15 months later and divorced in 1996. I have 1 daughter, I have 2 sisters and 2 brothers and 13 neices and nephews. My father died in Sept of 92, and I lost my Mom in June of 2003. I love to read and write. Here is a sneek peek at my new novel that has been published by PublishAmerica.com. “Something Special” excerpt from the novel by Debbie Woods Justine finished dressing. The only nice dress she had to wear was one she had worn to her cousin’s wedding, which was green satin. She applied her makeup light, with the exception of the green eye shadow she put on her eyelid, putting a little more than usual on; she was pleased with the effect it gave her. Then she put on her red lipstick, her best black satin pumps, picked up her small black bag, then looked at herself in the mirror one more time. Pleased with what she saw, she headed to the kitchen for a glass of water. As Justine was heading into the living room from the kitchen, Kennedy was coming into the living room from the hall. As she looked at him, a small gasp caught in her throat. The man was a god. He had on a black tux. Justine noticed the tanned body she had not noticed before; guessing it was because of the white dress shirt he was wearing. There he was, in all his glory, standing before her, he was perfect in every way. Broad shoulders, a slim waist and she could only imagine what h...Expand for more
is backside looked like. Justine noticed for the first time a thin black mustache lying on top of the most sensuous set up lips she had ever seen she wondered what it would be like to kiss those lips. Kennedy was having as hard a time as Justine was. An angel had just walked into the room. Her face was glowing with just a touch of pink in her cheeks, eyes that were perfect emeralds, and ruby red lips that were calling to him. He walked closer to her and she lifted her head to him. Their lips were so close they could feel each other’s breath, then he lowered his lips to hers. She sensed his kiss before she felt it; his kiss was intoxicating and very thorough. He sought her tongue with his, running it along her lips until she opened her mouth, and when she did he took full possession. They stood in each other’s embrace forever, Kennedy filling a need in her Justine didn’t know she had. All of a sudden Kennedy pulled away. “Justine. I’m sorry,” Kennedy said. “There’s no reason to be sorry. I wanted it as much as you did.” Justine smiled at him. “What time is our reservation?” Justine asked. Kennedy looked at his watch and said “In about a half hour. Are you ready?” “Almost, I just need to freshen my lipstick. You might want to check yourself in the hall mirror.” Kennedy went to the hall and looked in the mirror. He had red lipstick from his nose to his chin, chuckling he grabbed a facial tissue and tried to wipe it off. Her kiss had been pure heaven. He vowed he would try it again sometime.
