Debra's Story
Life
I still live in the area, a little further south and west from the old stomping grounds. No kids, just two very spoiled dogs. After high school, I worked my way through college and finally received a BA in communications from Mundelein College in Chicago. I received a master's in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University in Lisle (the old Illinois Benedictine College).

ications and human resources positions for nearly 16 years, then went to Ameritech as an HR director and then to my current responsibilities for human resources at University HealthSystem Consortium in Oak Brook. I love my job and I appreciate working with great people.
I get to travel quite a bit with my job, which I enjoy. I also enjoy traveling for vacation - I've been to Egypt and Italy but my favorite spot is St. John, USVI - it's truly paradise.
