Life In 1978 I graduated from Farmville Central High School and joined the Army. I ended up in Hanau Germany at the 45th Medical Battalion as a 91B Medic. Left Germany in 1981 and tried to go back to Farmville for a while. Decided it had not changed much so I caught a Trailways Bus to Colorado with a friend. Met my ex husband and got married and my first daughter was born. Lived in Colorado for three years and moved to Greenville SC which is where my ex was from. This is where my other two daughters were born. I was a housewife and was not allowed to work at this time. I moved to western NC in 1992 with my then husband and three daughters. In 1993 I became a CNA. In 1998 I started school to become a nurse. In 1999 I quit school and was divorced by 2/2000. Started back to school and graduated nursing school in 2003 and became a RN. I bought my first new car in 2003 myself, a 2003 white Ford Focus. I bought my first house myself in 2004. I was working skilled nursing with respiratory and long term vent/trach patients when I ruptured two disc in my neck and had to have cervical disc fusion.
