Debra's Story
Left Immaculate Conception High School in Memphis, TN. in 1/71 moved to Stone Mountain, GA. Attended Clarkston High School my freshman and sophmore year. Attended Stone Mountain High my junior and senior year. Got married (1) in 12/74. Had one wonderful son in 6/75, 2 months early but do the math! Got divorced 12/79. Single for about 6 years. Got remarried (2) 11/85, divorced 8/89. I think I was on this 4 years thing and your out of here. Single for about 8 years. Remarried 11/98, still married, who says the third time isn't a charm. I have one grandson who is absolutely wonderful, I live for him. I have 5 dogs and 1 cat. I worked at AT&T for 31 years. Retired to keep grandson for a year. Went back to work part time at a clothing store, had a blast. I love playing dress up. I was helping a nurse one day, she told me I should look at coming to work at a hospital. I checked into it, got a job in the admin/communications department. Have been working at the hospital since 5/2007. I may not be a nurse but I am still helping people I don't even know. Grandson started school this year (2009)so it's time for my husband and I to get our passports and start doing some traveling. I hope to see several of my old friends along the way and meet a lot of new friends. Hav...Expand for more
e been to England for a week, I love the design on the buildings and the people liked my southern accent. Been several places across the country but looking forward to many other places. Found out my first true love from high school passed away in 3/2005. Now I feel that I am with my last true love. After he is gone, I am getting a GERMAN SHEPHERD!!!
Lots of Love to Everyone!
I always wanted to be a flight attendant when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a funny idea. I am way too short! As it turns out, they were right.
To relax I lay in bed and just take a deep a breath, thinking of being on the beach.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Sheri Rawlings, because I was so ugly to her the last time I saw her in 1971. I really need to apologize and tell her that I care..
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my bathrooms and add on a glassed in deck. My dream home would be large.
If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to charities, then spend the rest on me, myself and I.
My best friend would tell you I'm a caring, giving person, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as loner.
In 10 years, I hope to be alive. I'm going to get there by eating better and exercising. I just want to be happy.
