Deby's Story
UPDATE: We just had our 64th Street Reunion on 12/26/08 and it was a blast! 45 old friends met mostly for the first time since 1972 for a dinner and party at Candle Light Banqeuts in Chicago Ridge. The music was hand selected from 1969 through 1972. Posters were used as decorations and prizes, all from our teenage years. It was a memorable night and so many of us are now re-friending after all those years apart. More events are in the works, and I have had many requests to make it an annual event. There were people from Kennedy,St Paul and Nazareth Academy, Class of 70, 72, and 73 and then some. Some came from Virginia, California, Texas, Ohio...just for the event. Keep in touch, I love you all!!!
Life
My life? Awesome! I...Expand for more
have a beautiful daughter and a job that I love! The job takes me all over the USA, and I have been almost everywhere. I share a home with my daughter, and our dogs, but I live in hotel suites while I am at work. I have met some amazing people in my travels and have friends all over the country and fly either to my home or to visit those friends about once every six weeks. I keep in contact with a select few high school friends, and cherish them all. I have discovered a freedom in my life that could not be imagined or expressed. Besides my regular job, I am in the process of writing a book. For me, the past 15 years were of discovery and learning to live outside the box. I welcome contact from anyone that knew me in school.
