Dee's Story
Life
After high school, I attended Agnes Scott College, married, taught junior high and high school mathematics and raised children.
I am still married to the same man I wed in 1961 and with whom I have 3 children, 2 daughters and a son.
Now I'm retired and spend my time administering our computers, our web page, traveling in our motor home, skiing, running, reading and enjoying our 5 grandchildren, 3 boys and 2 girls.

Workplace
I taught jr. high and high school mathematics for 10 years. I sold real estate for 2 years. After completing a masters degree in computer science, I worked for IBM as a programmer for 1 year. I ended my working career with 15 years in the Information Technology and Communication division of the University of Virginia where I provided Unix support and project and management leadership before retiring in 2000.
