Dee's Story
Life
I am still loving the job I took in January '07, and now even have my own office! I have gotten several raises, so that is nice. Now if I could quit having to spend money on home repairs/car repairs/etc., maybe I could get ahead! lol
My son is still playing guitar, and has started a new band. He plays lead, rhythm, bass, and drums, and also sings and writes his own music/lyrics. He turns 17 in January '09, and stands 6'1" now! He has decided to skip the learners permit & just get his regular drivers license when he turns 18. His band played in downtown Tulsa last summer a Deadtown Tavern, & they kicked butt!
At the end of June '06 I kicked out my b-friend of 4 years, & it was one of the best things I've done in a while. He was lazy, mean, & had a gambling habit that would NOT quit. Somewhere out there is a good man, I just KNOW it! lol

I have continued my quest for better health, and have done pretty good. I have lost 60 lbs so far, but still have a ways to go. Any of you who come to the reunion in June '07 will see that for yourselves! :-) But hey, I undertook a big job, and have made great progress, and have continued to improve my health, both physical and mental. I continue to feel better than I have in a LONG time, and I love it.
I enjoyed our 25th year reunion in June '07! I have attended all of our reunions and had a blast at each. There are many people that I keep in contact with, but it's always fun to see EVERYone. For those of you who I've lost track of, come to the reunion! I would love to reconnect. I have actually found Matt Curran and Mary Whitaker! Now for Mark Schreffler from the class of '83!
