Deke's Story
Life
Since graduation I have worked for a pharmacuetical wholesale company, and I am currently employed by Haas Automation in Oxnard, Ca. I have also traveled the Caribbean, and Mexico. I spend as much time as I can with friends & family, going to as many Supercross races as I can in So CA, never misssing the final race over Cinco De Mayo weekend in Las Vegas and I love eating sushi. I have some updates to share I recently got married in April 2008, and my main vice these days other than the occasional social beer, is poker. ournaments a month. As a matter of fact I play one every second Saturday of the month in SCV, & have been playing that specific tournament for almost 4 years, for those of you who know about it & it's location stop by you most likely will see me there. This past year I have done reasonably well on the felt, & I am going to try and win a free seat to the WSOP for 2009. I have managed to do well in some cash games & have an average of at least one tournament cash per month for the year 2008. Those cashes have provided me with a nice bankroll to continue my play on, but unfortunately not enough to play as a professional.....maybe soon though wish me luck in 2009 keep you all updated soon.
