Della's Story
Life
I have had a very happy life with a loving family. There have been some unhappy times as well as in most lives.
I worked at several jobs before I took an early retirement. I was a seamstress and taught sewing for several years, and then I worked as a selecter, production counter, high-lift driver and crew leader for the last 25 of my working years.I took college and medical classes part time over the years. My husband and I were volunteers for a fire dept. and USDA Forest Service for a lot of years also. We were the medical team and responded to a lot of accidents. I helped my husband when he taught first aid and CPR classes.

e all still living in the area and all have great families too. I have 4 daughters. Two are computer techs and two are electricians. I have 7 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 1 great granddaughter. I also have 4 wonderful sons-in-law.
My beautiful Great Dane Dutchess decided to go with her master and died shortly after he did. My male Great Dane Roscoe was my 250 lb. baby. He used to try to sit in my lap, hold his head on my book so I couldn't read, lean on my shoulder when I was sewing, and just make sure I always knew he was with me. He passed on Nov of 06. I now have a 8 lb. Chi mix & the cat who moved in & adopted her.
I like to travel, go camping & fishing with my Brothers, or just walk in the woods or at the beach.
