Delores's Story
Hello to all of you out there from way back when---??
high school seems to be not so far away but -- the years have gone far too fast--
I am now retired from nursing after my last job of 25 years at the Brainerd State hospital as a LPN--and finding myself busy as ever all though I will admit quite a lot slower then in my working days--
I do not go back to my home town much these days--
It seems my relatives are so few there anymore --a...Expand for more
s most now are deceased-
My two brothers visit us often from there--but have little to tell me sincethe familiar faces I once knew well no longer reside in that little town---
Age has taken its toll and my traveling days are few if any these past several years--
Lots of good, challenging and delightful memories fill my mind when I now think of those great school days and am reminded often of how our value system and world has changed.
