Delta's Story
After high school I went to Mohawk College for Child and Youth Work, but switched courses and took time off after I got married and started a family in 1990.
Went back and took Legal Assistant and Legal Secretary at St. Catherines Business College.
Beleive it or not I actually worked part-time at Scott Park around 1999 as a Cafeteria Supervisor...LOL Did that bring back memeories.
I'm now divorced and living in Brampton with my 3 children, two boys 18 and 15 and a daughter of 10. Boy does time fly!!
I've been working with for the same company the past 6 yrs; first as a Cook and then moved up to Switchboard/Reception.
I'm looking to reconnect with old and new friends, so if your ever in the area... look me up... Hey Ron, nice to hear from you... don't be such a stranger!!
FYI : I look pretty much the same as I did in grade and high school... just different glasses and more mature looking... LOL
UPDATE:
My oldest son has finished high school and graduates next spring! Thank God!!...Expand for more
!
I've worked hard to help him through school and it's all paid off, and to think he didn't want to go to his graduation. I told him. .. I don't think so, I've worked hard and pushed you through and waited all this time to see you graduate from high school... YOU'RE GOING!!!.
He just laughted and said ok mom.
UPDATE: Married my best friend and the most wonderful man in the world on Dec. 1, 2012. God has truly blessed me!!!
It's almost moving day and I can't wait to have my own place again... just me and my kids. Now we can have our freedom again.
Aug. 2011
It has now been a year in the new place for which I'm very greatful... but I need something bigger now that fiance has moved in. I'm still getting used to all that testoserone with 3 men in the house now...LOL
We've had a few set backs just as things were starting to come together, but that's life. You pick up the pieces and keep going. I know things happen for a reason and I have faith that it will all work out as it should.
