Demetrios's Story
After CEHughes, I attended Pace College and then School of Visual Arts. In 1980, I moved to California, then returned to the NY/NJ area with the Hilton Hotels as a Chef. By the mid-90's I had begun working with Food Manufacturers in Product Development and Marketing. aith Relationships Committee' Chairman for the Baltimore-Area Boy Scout Council. I am on the Advisory Board of the Culinary School at Eva's Village in Paterson, NJ, and have been the Development Director of SkillsUSA-NJ (formerly VICA-NJ) for the past 29-years. Beginning of June 2022, I was inducted in the Honorable Order of the Golden Toque . . . an Honor Society where there are only 100 living recipients.
