Denise's Story
Hello ol' friends! Can you believe it has been sooo many years? Walking down memory lane could take awhile, but I'll attempt to fill it in somewhat.
Let's just start from where I am, instead of at the beginning, shall we? We all reach a time in our life where we can look back, and if we could we would change a few things, I am no exception. At this time in my life, I am enjoying my role as a Nana and mother. I have 2 wonderful grandchildren; one grandson who is 3 1/2 and a beautiful granddaughter who will be 6 in August.
Watching your own children grow up can be quite an adventure, but watching your grandchildren...well, let's just say, there's no comparison to anything in this world. Think about all the things that you've always wanted to do with your own children, but couldn't but can with your grandchildren, that's you automatically have a "grandparents license". I love it, so children, just remember we as grandparents can do whatever we want and send them back to you! *smile*

tched her grow with an eerie sense of de je vue, seeing many of her likes and dislikes as that of my own growing up in my teenage years. Lord help us all!
My oldest daughter is 26 and will be moving soon to a distant land (2 hours away). When they're on their own, you just have to open your hands and let them go. I know, 2 hours is nothing...and you're right - actually it will be a nice road trip when Nana comes to visit.
As time goes on, I will add more to this story, but as for now, this will give you a peek into my life.

Well, another chapter in my book...*Note to self* Must research to see if there is any gypsy blood in my genes!
Hopefully my last move for a while...I'm getting prepared to move into a home I am having built in my small town of Owasso, OK. This has become "home" to me in alot of ways. It has taken many years for me to settle down, many twists and turns through these chapters in my life, too many places to list, too many pains to share, now the time has come for a reprieve and I am so ready for it! Here's hoping that your lives have found a comfort through the years.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at our 45th high school reunion!
