Denise's Story
Life
I graduated from GMU in 1982 with a BS in Nursing. Worked as an RN at Alexandria Hospital from 1982 until 1990. I met Alan in 1987 and we married in 1990. Worked for the VNA of Northern VA from 1990 to 1991, until my first daughter was born. Have 3 children: Elizabeth - age 13, Cathy - age 10, and Billy - age 8. I have been a Girl Scout leader for the last 5 years. I work part-time for Montgomery Co. Public Schools testing 5 and 6 years olds at area sc...Expand for more
hools to see if they are Gifted and Talented. I love my job! I have taught Vacation Bible School the last 2 summers at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Derwood, MD. I volunteer, whenever I get the chance, at my childrens' schools. My parents still live in Hybla Valley, and we visit them a couple of times a month. My sister, Phyllis, moved to St. Louis, MO in 1994, and we try to get to St.Louis to visit whenever we can. I'd love to hear from you all!
