After high school I went to WMU for 2 years and decided to drop out because I didn't know what I really wanted to do and was paying a lot of money for it. This lead me down to Knoxville,Tennessee in 2001. When I lived in Knoxville, my Father and I became very close friends up until his death in November of 2003. His death was very hard on me. Not only was he my Father, but also my best friend. In December of 2004 I moved back to Midland because I was struggling with a drug addiction. I decided I needed to get away from the friends and just the whole area to really make it out of the downward spiral I was in. After I moved back, I learned that I had people and things that really meant something to me, and that I did not want to jeopardize losing by picking up the drugs again.
