Life Well I just glanced at my profile here and could tell its been a while since I updated it. So here is the newly (12/31/07) updated profile. I still live in Michigan. I am currently a member of the Oceana County ALERT (HAZMAT) Team, Oceana County EMS and the Shelby-Benona Fire Department. Last May I was appointed Fire Prevention and Safety Coordinator for the FD. I am a certified CPR instructor and went through a Paramedic class. In the near future I plan on taking classes to get an Associates Degree in Fire Science and a class in Emergency Management. I have been in the fire service since November,2000 and have often wondered what I did before the fire service because it has changed me in so many ways for the better. I have 5 wonderful (sometimes pains in the ars) kids but I wouldn't trade them for anything. They are 15,14,11,9 and 2. I can honestly say that I have made my contribution to the continuation of humanity. They are all into sports of some sort.
