running and doing triathlons. Completed the first Grand Columbia Super Triathlon (3.1 mike swim, 125 mile hilly I mean hilly bike and the a 31 mile run. A iron-man Plus). Ran the Boston Marathon in 2009 and plan on doing again when I turn 60 in 2014. Train and coach racing of most disciplines. Want them to be the best they can.
