Dennis's Story
I moved back to Staunton after working in Seattle and Des Moines – I'm in Litchfield now. I'm a photojournalist who's had professional assignments in all 50 states, Cuba, Africa, Europe, Central America, Mexico, and South America.
I’ve photographed news, sports, interesting people stories, and national political figures throughout my career. I was the staff photographer for UPI in Seattle and Des Moines. I was a contracted photographer for Reuters News Agency and Sigma Magazine Agency.

travel writing and photography. I enjoy documenting lifestyles, places, and cultures. My work is published in traditional magazines, newspapers, and online publications.
I've had photos on the front pages of the New York Times, the London Times, the Chicago Tribune, TIME magazine, and many other national and global publications.
I stumbled into this profession after graduating SIUE with a degree in accounting (arghhh). It's a good profession, but I couldn't be stuck behind a desk. My father wasn't happy. LOL
