Dennis R's Story
My story is one that people who knew me as a troubled boy growing may not believe. I was a fighter, had few friends and was a little on the crazy side. After I graduated I joined the Army, spent three years jumping out of airplane with the 101st AirBore Division which was considered the most Elite Combat Unit in the world at that time. one out of 100 made it through the intense training

azy place. Someone was always pulling a knife or gun on me, one night it finally happened i got in a fight with two guys and they stabbed me a total of nine times, twice in the back and seven times across the stomach and left side. they stabbed me in the kidney, liver, and collaped both lungs. I was very lucky the ambalance was only a block away.
After remaining in Nashville a while longer I returned to the northwest, by now I was 25 yrs of age, decided I had sewn enough wild oats and started taking classes to become an educator.
