Dennis's Story
Life
For education I currently have that I graduated Fitch High in 1987, I did not. Actually I dropped out during my senior year. During that time I realized (thank god) that if I was to have some meaningful job I needed an education. I then took a test and received my GED. I then went to ITT Technical institute (a big mistake) for two years and received and assoicates degree in accounting. I went immediately to YSU and then wouldn't take any credits from ITT! I then went there for approximately five years (I graduated in December of 2007). While going to school full-time I was also working to make ends meet. It was a tuff time but I'm glad I went through it! I took the CPA exam (Certified Public Accountant) and passed it. That is something I never want to do a...Expand for more
gain! I got my first real job work for the state of Ohio as a Tax Agent. It was cool in the beginning because I was traveling the country but it grew old quickly. I then got a position in Michigan developing tax software (I'm not a Michigan fan) stayed there for aboubt five years then returned to Cleveland where I worked for a "big four" accounting firm. The hours there where just horrible (40-60 hr workweeks) so I decided to return to industry working a 40hr workweek. It's kinda cool that they have websites like this. I like to check and see what other people are doing. So if you remember me during the mid 80s drop a line and I will get back to you!
