Dennis's Story
Well, lets see. I got out of school and joined the Army. Spent three years in the Military Police. Was in Germany for a year and then, believe it or not, ended up at Ft. Lawton of all places. In 1965 right after the Gulf of Tonkin incident I got orders for Viet Nam but because I only had 9 months left in my hitch they recinded them. So I spent my last year in Seattle.

eedless to say I love tasting the wine over here.
I consider myself very fortunate. I feel good, I manage to exercise three or four times a week, don't take any medications to speak of, still have all the original parts and everything still works the way its supposed to. Doesn't get much better than that.
I've always been a folk/rock singer wanna be so I spend most of my time now playing music. I play at nursing homes on a volunteer basis and get quite a few paying gigs at the local Farmer's Markets, Fairs and numerous wineries.
Come on over, taste some wine and maybe you'll get to hear me.
Update. This was posted about 5 years ago but not a heck of a lot has changed except I got older. Married 59 years now. Still healthy, still picking and grinning. In fact I'm playing more gigs than ever. Life has been good.
