Education:
Because I lived where McDonalds was built I was able to watch the property EMHS sits on transform from a field (Calgary Gun Club) to wathing the School
being built.
I attended Melville Scott School for 10 Years. I liked Grade 8 so much I did it twice.
In 1966, I started HS at Ernest Manning. Note: I never lived more than 1 block from school.I graduated in 1969.
Attended S.A.I.T. in 1971,72 Taking Business Administration.
Other education:

Work:
In 1964,I started working for other people when I turned 14.They were Kirby & Glendale Drugs delivering prescriptions for $0.40/hr (on my bicycle).
In 1965, I pumped gas at 3 different service stations within a block from home.
In 1966,I started working for Revelstoke Lumber & Concrete Company.
At...Expand for more
the lumber yard, I filled gunny sacks with sawdust or shavings for $1.00/hr on Saturday mornings.
Later that year I started work at the Calgary concrete plant with my Dad and stayed with this one company for 20 years,I learned 5 trades in the process.
Unfortunately for me in 1984 because of suffering hundreds of work related injuries,I became disabled with Fibromyalgia & Osteo-Arithritis from all the work related injuries, worked 2 years with this condition and then it was thought I suffered a minor stroke in July 1986,add to that Osteo-arthritis throughout the body, and since then have just tried to cope.
In 1991,I took up Karaoke to have some fun and try and take my mind off my illness.People say I sound like Elvis.
Since 1972 I have tried to be a Great Uncle to my 3 Nephews & 4 Nieces.
I never married but had a 14 year relationship with Michele.I got 3 boy pups (Furkids) in September 2005 and they seem to love their human Dad.
These days .....Always trying to stay positive....Talk about a challenge.
