Dennis's Story
Hey Gang!
I've been busy for the last 54 years:
I spent 11 years on active duty in the Army and 19 in the reserves. I served in Korea, Vietnam, and Germany retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Since graduating from high school I have been a soldier, police officer, college teacher, salesman, small business owner, civil servant and consultant. I retired in 2009 from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. I have a doctorate (Ed.D.) in organizational leadership and was an adjunct professor at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois for 14 years. In addition, I do consulting in the mortgage arena, and am a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE),

e is retired from the Davenport, Iowa Community Schools and was a tenured professor of education at both Judson University and St. Ambrose University.
We have two grown children - Amanda and Alecia. Amanda and her husband Ben live in New Prague, MN and operate a professional theatre company there. Ben also teaches theatre courses at New Prague High School and Amanda teaches theatre courses at Normandale Community College. Alecia and her husband Josh live in Eden Prairie, MN and have custody of our four grandchildren! Alecia is a full-time mom and Josh is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (C.R.N.A.) at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis.
In short, life has been kind to me and my family. I thank God for all He has provided.
