My 40 years at Boeing, for the most part, was very enjoyable. I worked as a project planner on many defense projects. In the '60's and '70's I had a number of remote assignments on the Minuteman missle project. In the mid '80' and '90's I was on the AWACS program. audi Arabia, France and England. My wife was able to spend vacation time with me at all these locations except Saudi. The company would pay her airfare after I was gone for 3 months. That was a plus which enabled us to see a lot of Europe.
After I retired in 1994 we moved to Mill Creek Wa.
