Derek's Story
I attended YSU for a year after high school. I then moved to Florida for 8 years. I enjoyed it there because I rode my motorcycle all year long. In 1999 I got married and have been since. I moved to NC in 2000 to be closer to my dad who had lung cancer, he passed away a months later. I have to admit that it was probably one of the hardest things to go through. Just watching your parent suffer and seeing him laying in bed not able to get out and walk...Expand for more
around. I had so much fun playing football with him! I can still throw a football halfway decent and I give him all the credit. The time we spent together I will never forget. On a lighter note, I ride sportbikes for fun and love the speed and handling they have. My newest bike is by far the best handling and fastest I have ever rode. It's probably too fast for the street, but who cares,lol! Well that's a little background on me since high school.
