Derek's Story
I left Choiceland in 1965, went into the RCMP. Iwas posted to several locations in B.C. In 1974 was posted to Fort St. John, B.C. In 1979 my brother in law Dennis an I started OK tire in Fort St. John B.C. In 2006 we sold the business, I retired to Vernon, and am enoying the boating, snowmobiling in the mountains. eally enjoying retirement. Picture of my wife & I holidaying in Maui. Over the last few years we have done quite a few road trips, Travelled to the Dakotas, Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, and the Crazy Horse Memorial. The last couple winters have been spending time In Arizona, and travelling portions of route 66. Spent time at Tombstone, Sedona, and the Grande Canyon west. Enjoy the LakeHavasu area, and the shows in Vegas.
