Desiree's Story
Life
Hello Bulldogs,
Hope that everyone is well and receiving the promise of health and God's blessings. I am currently back at our alma mater working as a guidance counselor. It is truly different because we are now four small schools on Scott's campus.
I am married (25 YRS) no one from Toledo. I have two adult sons and two grandsons 3 & 10 months. Though life has it's challenges I won't complain. I can retire in the next 4-5 years and I am looking forward to doing something different.

It's been a while since I updated my story. My grandchildren are now 3 & 5 years old, and I've been married (27 yrs.) I am now the Director of Guidance at Scott, we have moved from 2400 Collingwood Blvd., into the old Devilbiss High School on Upton. Scott no longer has 4 small schools within the school, there are only two
(Allied Health/Media - which focuses on the health care fields and media and Business Technology Industry/ Arts which focuses on marketing, machining, cosmetology and arts. On our state report card this year we received a continuous improvement rating. This is not the highest rating but it is good because it is an indicator that we are moving forward.
We need alumni support . Our band (too painful to elaborate). Our children need mentors and unconditional love. There are still a few of us working at Scott and we are advocates for our children.
It is wonderful to communicate with fellow bulldogs and share our stories.
