Destinee's Story
No, I didn't graduate, but here I am anyway. I moved to Colorado for awhile then to Oregon, I'm now back in Northern California. My biggest accomplishment is my 3 beautiful kids, all BOYS, Ryan Stephen (10-17-92), Benjamin Ernest (3-20-94), & Sydney Pavel Dale (11-6-96). What a blessing it is they are nothing as I was at their ages! I am sure that is due to our being very active with our congregation. We are Jehovah's Witnesses. Wow - I should have taken it seriously YEARS ago.
I'm a program coordinator for We Care a Lot Foundation, a non- profit in Redding. We assist adults with developmental disabilities with achieving their...Expand for more
goals and dreams, and to be active participants in our community. I've been in this field for several years now. I love it. The program there that I coordinate is the bully prevention program. I have teams of speakers that visit classrooms in all nine states covered by Far Northern Regional Center. They give interactive presentations that leave the kids with the tools to be allies; to not allow bullying in their school. I love my job! âÂÂ¥
