Diana's Story
Life
After high school, I went to college at UCSD and graduated with a BS in Ecology and Animal Behavior. After college, I got a job in San Diego as a biologist for a small, private consulting firm. After about a year, I got married and we moved to Bakersfield to help take care of my mom, who had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease several years earlier. le taking care of my mom for the next 5 years. After my mom passed away, we decided to move to Hawaii. My husband had a good job opportunity on the Big Island, and I continue to telecommute for the same company. We've been in Hawaii for a couple years now, and we love it! We've travelled a lot, and now we are attempting to build our own house (yes, with our own hands!). And hopefully we'll have children in the near future.
