Life
I am currently living just outside of Memphis, TN across the state line in MS. My husband has a job with a manufacturer in Memphis as a forecast analyst. I am working as a lab tech in a local hospital while also being mom to my 2 daughters, Rachel and Rebekah. Rachel is 3 and Rebekah is 7 months (born March 16, 2005).

I am a medical laboratory technician. I am responsible for receiving and analyzing (and also sometimes collecting) body fluids and culture swabs/specimens. My favorite department of the lab is microbiology. At the moment I am primarily working chemistry and hematology (I get plenty of hours in coagulation and urinalysis, too).
