Diana's Story
Life
On December 31, 2009, I retired from Newaygo County after 32 years. It seems a little odd not going to work every morning, but everyone tells me to give it some time and I will adjust. I have already started catching up on some of those jobs that you always put off because you just don't have the time to do them. I'm sure when warmer weather gets here I will really enjoy my retirement. I do not have any children, but enjoy being around my nieces,nephews and my great nephew & great niece. I love to can, work in the garden and feed the birds. I enjoy nature, summer mornings sitting on the deck ...Expand for more
very early and watching the deer, raccoons, rabbits, birds and any other little critters that may wonder in the back yard. I love animals as you probably figured out. My husband and I have two Pomeranian's and a lab. We usually go to a few bluegrass festivals during the year. My husband plays bluegrass music and sings. Me,I just listen and play with the fire....Ha Ha. I am a happy person and love life. After all life is short so enjoy it... right.
