Diana's Story
It's been 33 yrs since graduation and life has been great. Unfortunately in this time frame I've lost both parents and my oldest brother. The greatest things that I have done was to marry a wonderful man Johnny. We will be celebrating our 30th anniversary this July 2010. We have 2 daughters Cecilia 28yrs and Marcelina 25yrs, and they have blessed us with 4 beautiful grandchildren. Alekzander 8yrs, Ayreana 6yrs, Caden 3yrs and Johnny aka Pork Chop 3yrs. I've been fortunate to be able to stay home and do daycare for all four of our grandchildren the last 5 yrs. Johnny retired from Civil Service in 2008 so he is home with me and the kids during the day, which is nice to spend more time with him and enjoy our grandchildren together. When Johnny and I married we moved to Oxnard California. We don't have a empty nest yet Cecilia still lives at home, but life is great being just the two of us. Growing old with Johnny has been wonderful I would never have thought being married this long and having grandchildren would be so great. Personally my most favorite title I've had in my life span is GRANDMA...I love it. My heart melts when my grandkids say I love you Grandma or you're the best Grandma.
