Diana's Story
Life
The Lord has blessed me with a super family and the means to stay at home and raise my children. We are a family who loves and tries to serve the Lord in everything we do.
My husband is in the business of ruggedized computers which he markets and sells to the military. He travels and on ocassion the children and me are able to travel with him. Recently, we traveled to San Diego, CA for the week.
My children and step children range in age from 12 yrs to 10 mos. All of which I am learning from. I never dreamed that being a Step mom and a mom would be so rewarding.
When I graduated from Richland NE I set out for college in the SC upstate at Central Wesleyan College. After my first year I transferred to the SC Coast at Coastal Carolina University where I gratuated with a BA in English Literature. I returned back to Columbia and had no real direction with my life...so I went on to begin my Masters Degree at Webster University. I then went sear...Expand for more
ching for the spiritual significance in my life...and that search led me to New York and eventually Chicago. I lived in Chicago for about 2 and 1/2 yrs. I had a great job and worked to finish my MA in Human Resources Training and Development. As much as I grew to love Chicago I decided to move to Orlando where I could be closer to my Mother, who at the time was in unstable health. There, I reconnected with an old HS boyfriend. But needless to say--things after a while did not work out. I then decided to make some goals. I wanted to have a house by 29 and be married by 30. The Lord answered my prayers because in 2003 I purchased my house, by 2004 I was married, by 2005 I had my first son, and by 2006 I had my second son. In all of this I know that The Lord is Sooo Good. He gave me a wonderful husband, three incredible step children, and two beautiful babies of my own.
