Life
Hi all! After graduating from Cedar Falls High School, I attended Patricia Stevens College in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from their Fashion Merchandising program. I began working as a Bridal Consultant while in Omaha and then moved to the Kansas City area to continue my work. I moved back to Waterloo in 1983 and lived there for two years with my first husband. We moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1985. While in Phoenix, I worked for Walgreens drug stores beginning as a store clerk and moving through several positions within the company finally settling on Inventory Management System Coordinator. in 1988. Jerry works as a firefighter for the City of Phoenix. We have two children. Krista is 17 and a junior in high school. Tyler is 15 and a sophomore in high school. Having kids in high school makes me feel incredibly old. After all, my parents were "old" when I was in high school and it seems like I just finished high school myself. I left Walgreens after over 15 years and began working at PacifiCare Health Systems in 2001. I am currently the Supervisor of the Membership Accounting Audit Team in the Desert Region. My new role is entirely different from retail and I'm enjoying it. Would love to hear from some old friends.
