Diane's Story
I met my husband on a blind date at Virginia Beach, VA. He was in the NROTC at Auburn Univ. (in Alabama).
We live in Tennessee, Bob's Home Town.
We have been married for 55 years to each other.LOL
At our wedding the preacher said,"when I marry someone they stay married"!!!
He was right!!
I am the same girl that I was, except, Navy wifes seem to learn to be, "very independent"...That is me now.
Being a navy wife for 55 years helped to get this way.
I still am happy go lucky, I laugh alot!! Makes gettin...Expand for more

I speak more like a southern now, but still have some Yankee in me!!LOL
As of 2014, found us is Texas, I love it!!! The weather is nice and we live in the hill country. We are now really retired!
We have family here and it is nice having family dinners once in a while!! There are still houses being build in this new gated community.
It is now 2016 ,Fall
We have our first "Great Granddaughter. Life is great!!
