Life
Hello! Thanks for reading my bio. In a nutshell, I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a pre-medicine degree in 1997. I ran cross-country & track at UNR on scholarship. It was a blast!! I also became a Christian in Reno. I intended to go to Physician's Assistant school; but decided after college I wanted a break from school. An elementary school science teaching job fell into my lap and I ended up teaching for several years and loved being with kids. I found that little ones are my passion and especially teaching reading.
I dated Kevin Wentworth 3 of my years in college while he was traveling on the Asian Golf Tour. We married in December of 1999. He made it to the PGA TOUR where, after we got maried, we traveled together for 5 years. I loved the PGA TOUR! I was on the board of ...Expand for more
directors for the TOUR Wives Association which does charity events every week in each city on the golf tour and raises money for wonderful charities.
Unfortunately, Kevin had hip surgery about 3 years ago and ended up retiring from golf. He still is the "ringer" in many charity golf events. He now owns his own business building homes and some commercial properties and managing our rental properties. I am a mom & homemaker and LOVE EVERY MINUTE (even the dirty diapers!). Our son, Tyler Paul will be 2 years old in August 2007. He changes and learns new things everyday, it's a joy.
We just went to my husband's 20 year high school reunion for Manteca High, and we had so much fun. That is what encouraged me to look into Classmates.com
