Boy, I think I've really transformed since I moved from Washington State and really took a risk moving to NYC for that modeling contract with Wilhelmina. I never thought I would do such a thing or even have a chance modeling with one of the largest agencies in the world!

eing active and teaching people how to move their bodies. I love being able to jump rope for 45 minutes at a time. I love being able to box and engage my physical self. It is important. And when you're focused on mastering your body your life will open up. Your perception of yourself and the world will change. It did for me. Now, I am trying to figure out how am I able to touch people on a larger scale with this information?
