Dianna's Story
After graduating from Carroll HS in 1961, I moved to MD and worked as a secretary for the US Dept of Agriculture in Wash, DC. Got married in 1964. Had 5 beautiful sons. In 1974 we relocated to the west coast of FL.
Finally went to college in 1981, graduating from Univ of So FL in 12/83, bachelors degree in Business with a major in Accounting. (Thank you Mr. Bishop-great MCHS Acct. Teacher)) I was afraid to go to college after high school because I thought I couldn't work and go to school. Fooled myself as when I finally went, I made all A's the first 2 years while working and raising 5 sons. Finished BA degree in just over 3 years. Marriage ended in 1982.

etersburg. Left FL in 1994. Began working for United Airlines in the Chicago area. Was a Financial Accounting Specialist in the Finance Department. Retired Feb. 2010 after 16 years with United.
I moved to Largo, Florida late 2012 to be closer to my sons and their families.
I love to travel and as a retiree of United Airlines, I can fly free to anywhere that United goes--as long as there is an open seat. I have been to England several times and each time I go, it seems like I am coming home. Maybe because of my English ancestry?? I went to Scotland for the first time in June 2015 and saw Nessie of course. Also, I often travel back to IL to see good friends there and to DC area to see relatives there. Sorry I couldn't make it to the last reunion. Sure hope there will be another one.
