Life
I am currently married to an absolutely wonderful guy-Terry Blackburn-a City of Houston Fireman. We have been married since 10/23/99. I have 2 sons from previous marriage, Jason and Josh-27 and 24. (As of 2010..) We've "adopted" CJ Allen--he's in the Army in Germany... he lost both his parents by 20. He's a friend of Josh's that we totally took over. He is an awesome young man who I am proud to call my son!He is a year younger than Jason.
I am "Granny" to 6 wonderful grandkids-4 by my hubby's son and his wife and the other 2 by my hubby's daughter. Jr is in the Navy and as of May, 2010---they are about to buy their 1st house! And a nice one at that~ like 2900 sq ft. We are sooo happy for them!

st a few minutes from us here in Spring...he is actually in Houston-but within 15 minutes or so. Jason is in Safford, AZ at this time. Hopefully, we'll be out to see him in the next month or so. I miss him terribly-but he calls everyday!
I am a Registered Nurse-NICU Nurse...but am currently unable to work as I have Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. I enjoy each and every day I spend with my hubby and we travel quite a bit. My brother (the one remaining out of 3) lives in Anchor Point, AK so we love going up there! However, he comes down here each winter to work! We've enjoyed Hawaii quite well also! Of course, living so close to Mexico means we go down there quite often as well...n traveling the continental US happens alot as well!
