Dianne's Story
Workplace
Initially worked at St Agnes Hosp in White Plains for 6 years. Got married and moved to Maryland, was Head Nurse of OB-GYN Dept. until I moved back to NY after my divorce. Employed at Northern Westchester Hospital as Assist. Head Nurse Orthopedics.
Upon leaving the hospital arena, I was one of the medical consultants at UNUM and CIGNA Insurance . When both of those companies closed, I went to homecare nursing and am presently employed at VNA of Hudson Valley...Expand for more
located in Brewster. Hope to retire in 2 yrs.
In between these jobs I volunteered at Birth Right in Yorktown and was clinical instructor for LPN'S at BOCES. Dabbled in Peekskill Birthing Center ( went it was open) helping midwives deliver babies.
I am also a LNC ( legal nurse consult.) and did a few cases at Albany Medical Center... short lived.
I have a son, Rob.. who is presently employed at Mercy College and Iona College.
Still living in Society Hill in Peekskill.
