Dianne's Story
I'm living in Colorado Springs - been here since November 1999. Moved here from Seattle where I worked at the University of Washington in fundraising for 10 years. My boss there was recruited to the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs to revamp their fundraising program. She and I came here as a "package deal." And, 13 years later, I'm still here. I manager the USOC's direct mail fundraising program. It's a great job - I still love going to work every day. My son, William, is 24 and lives here with me. hter, Jackie, is 34 and lives in Seattle. I was divorced from their dad, Roger, in 1994. When I'm not working (which isn't as often as it should be), I love to cook and putter around in my yard. I also love listening to good music. I do admit I think about retiring in the not too distant future, and my dream would be to find that little place on the Oregon or Northern California coast. I love the Pacific Ocean and the Pacific Northwest - I think that's where I'm meant to be So, we'll see what the future holds... Stay tuned :-)
