Dianne's Story
Hello Friends:
I remember someone once saying to me that no matter how old you get, you never really lose your feelings from your youth...and isn't it true! Except for the obvious negatives of being older, I think I've tried to stay positive. Half full is good!
I've lived in Delaware all these years and it's a very pretty area--2 hours to get to the Delaware or Jersey shores though! Now that I've retired I can't wait to try some different things. I still have a little part-time job at a local college teaching certification courses. It allows me to get up and dress cute so I don't get too lazy, but won't it be nice not to get up at 5:30 a.m. And if I don't want to work a certain week, I just say no. That is a good thing!
I'm going to focus on working out to maintain my health now that I have time for it. Maybe I'll do some traveling. I'd like to visit Westerly again; it is a beautiful place.
