Dianne's Story
After I graduated from La Serna I started College but ended going into the Air Force. I married way too young and to the wrong person. After 13 years and two children and on adopted child, I wised up and we divorced.
I have since remarried (almost 26 years now) to a wonderful man. I now have a stepson that we raised together. I lived in Arizona until 1978 when I moved to Overland Park, Kansas and then to Lake Waukomis, Missouri (in the Kansas City Area). In the spring of ...Expand for more
2006 we moved to Glen Rose, Texas (approximately 65 miles from Fort Worth.
I worked in management positions (the best one as a Criminal Court Manager). My husband and I retired early and we have been very busy since. I am busy with City politics and various church activities. I have actively pursuing my art (I do mostly portraits from photos). I am also learning to knit, rug hook, wood carving and I also teach art. I love being retired and I do not know how I ever worked.
