Dick's Story
Life
I have been married to Sheila for 28 years. We have two boys, ages 25 and 23. I retired in Oct. of 2007 from The Boeing Company, where I worked for 35 years. I enjoy spending time with my family, home improvement projects, climbing, golfing, and snow and water skiing. My main passion is travel. I especially enjoy traveling in the Far East. ng as a hydrodynamics engineer for Boeing Marine Systems Division. I returned to the University of Michigan in 1976 and received a Master of Science Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 1977. I then returned to Boeing in 1977. In 1985 I entered the University of Washington Executive MBA program and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from that college in 1987. Since then I have worked in various management and executive jobs in Boeing until retirement in fall of 2007.
