Dirk's Story

Quit Issy and joined the Marine Corps in July 1974. I stayed for 24 years retiring in 1998. Moved to Oklahoma after retirement - home of wife #2. After retirement did computer geek work for 5 years while working on my bachelors in business. Started teaching in 2004. Left the classroom in 2014 for health issues. Started Gunsmithing school in 2015. Expect to graduate in 2018 and start a small business in Clare...Expand for more
more. I have two sons from marriage #1, Dyrck and Robert. One son from marriage #2, Patrick. One foster son from marriage #3, Billy. 8 grandkids (5 girls - 3 boys) from my two oldest sons who live in Idaho near their mother.
