More about Doc:"I am a Louisiana man and intend on dying right here, God-willing. My favorite food is Cajun food. One time I went to Italy for a month and a half and all I could think about was coming back home and eating crawfish pistollette's at Steamboat Bill's. I have pretty much acknowledged that my vice is LSU football and I'm OK with that. I love beer, but not the hard stuff (whiskey, etc.). I can't ever tell when enough is enough unless it's beer or wine. I enjoy sitting at the dimly lit couch at the end of the day sipping a glass of red wine and reading until I get tired. I want to start hunting and fishing more often and I hope I find the time for it in the future. I don't have a gun, but I love to shoot 'em up. I can't seem to keep it all together, but what else is new. I love my family; we're crazy, but we get by. I want to learn French. Preferrably Cajun French (not to mention Latin and Spanish). I love to sing, especially in the car and at Mass.".
