Dolores's Story
Life
I am living in Inglewood, CA. I work for Children's Hospital of LA in the Newborn and Infant Critical Care Unit, where I am now Education Manager of the (NICCU)..I was also on the ECMO team which is a highly specialized part of nursing where patients are place on a bypass machine to recover from an original insult or disease.
I also teach pediatrics and OB for Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Los Angeles and Mount St. Mary's College. This, of course, after receiving my Master's degree in nursing education from Cal State LA.
More recently, I have been accepted and began a doctorate program at California State University. I will hopefully be able to complete this by spring of 2019.
I have 3 children..My eldest daughter is 32 and in college, working on a degree in astrophysics. My son is 28 and also in college. He was going for a degree in Environmental Engineering but changed his mind and is now working on sports journalism.

very good at it. She has also turned out to be a fabulous artist. Unfortunatley, their father and I are no longer together. My eldest stays with me and the youngest may be moving back in soon. I have 2 cats, Cory and Mr. Jackson... they see to my well being. That is interesting since I am allergic to cats. I also have a wonderful American Pit Bull named Gabby girl who is a breast cancer survivor. She is the best dog ever!! I adopted a friend for her, another Pit Bull/Pointer mix-Freckles. However, she beats him up so I have to keep them separated.
I love the beach. It is so wonderful, beautiful and relaxing.
come and visit me I can take you to whatever beach you want to see.
I also like to do bike rides. I have done 5 so far and have recently purchased a road bike that I still need to learn how to ride. I have to practice clipping in and out without falling.
