--- Thoughts to ponder back in 1985 ---
Students didn't have cell phones. Doctors had pagers.
To find books in the library we used the wood card catalogs.
The internet didn't exist to the extent we know of it today.
Amazon didn't exist.
Stadium seating wasn't available in movie theaters.
The Promenades Mall in Port Charlotte had only two movie theaters.
The Super Skate roller rink was fun to go to back then.
Video/Arcade games were 25 cents per play. I lost a lot of money back then!
Corduroy jeans were popular.
We listened to music on our records and tapes not on CDs and USB flash drives.
What would we have done in a pandemic back then?
